The Naqshbandi Mujaddedi Foundation is a charitable organisation with the aim to help and support the poor and needy, and those deprived in the Ummah. 

In this age of piercing adversity, Islamic education is compulsory, essential, and obligatory. In the Sagar Island, West Bengal, India, it is clear that in this place, relief and Islamic Education is unquestionably necessary.

This area is extremely beset with poverty and atheism. Some are becoming atheist due to the hardship of the life of poverty, and due to the lack of Da'wah. In the light of this religious darkness, Naqshbandi Mujaddedi Foundation has taken the initiative to enlighten the Muslims from infedelity and to fulfill their basic needs. 

In such times, it is the absolute and foremost duty of the Ummah to help their fellow Muslims by donating to such charitable organisations as the Naqshbandi Mujaddedi Foundation to desplay the flag of Islam and save the Muslims of these cyclonic areas from falling into the non-Islamic perception. It is thus the pious duty and responsibilty of every true Muslim to help and encourage the Naqshbandi Mujaddedi Foundation, for the sake of Allah.

 

There are more than 300,000 people living in this Island. It is the largest stretched island over 18,000 islands. More than 100,000 Muslims are livinging here. Their ethics about Islam is painful.

 

                                                                                           Education Imparted

Education for Urdu, Persian, Bengali, English, Hifdh, Qira'at and Arabic (Primary Section to 11th  standard) will be imparted    

                   

                                                                                                Social Work 

Apart from imparting education, the Naqshbandi Mujaddedi foundation will be performing many social works which are as follows :

 

   1. To open Maktabs in downtrodded locality.

   2. Items of Iftar during Ramadhan will be distributed among the poor.

   3. Qurbani meat will be distributed among the poor and needy.

   4. Clothes and money will be donated to the poor and needy people and those who are deprived at times of relief and during 

        the religious festivals.

   5. Blankets and winter clothing will be distributed among the poor and needy people during winter season.

   6. Needy and poor patients will be medically helped.

   7. Poor marriagable girls will also be helped. 

   8. Students seeking higher education will be helped.

   9. Work of Da'wah will be performed.

 10. Widow, orphan, poor and hadicapped will also be provided relief work and all possible co-operations.

  11. Imams and teachers wages will be paid.  

                                                                      

                                                                                                        Appeal

     

In the Sagar Island, West Bengal, the Naqshbandi Mujaddedi Foundation is currently helping a school to impart education to the poor children of the area, and is also helping a traditional and an ideal institution, Jamia Islamia Ainul Uloom, for imparting Islamic education. The institute is pursuing the concepts of Hadhrat Muhammad (sallallahu'alihi wasallam);  the orphans (Yateem), and the poor meritorius Muslim students are taking education with free food, lodging, books, and stipends. The total number of Students is: 210, and the total number of teaching & non-teaching staff is: 16.  

 

We request humbly to all of our Muslim Brothers and Sisters to send your Zakah, Fitra, Qurbani or its value, Sadaqah, monthly donations, to donate a lump sum amount of money at a time, to donate for the purpose of "Sadaqatul-Jariah" for parents and relatives. Please donate generously for this very essential and beneficial cause for the sake of gaining the pleasure of Allah, Insha Allah. Jazakumullahu Khairan
